Unsigned Bills

The topic of discussion for this Constitution Monday comes from Article I.7.2, "If a bill has been presented to the President and he does not sign it or return it to Congress for reconsideration within ten days, then it shall automatically become law." This provision requires the President to do something with a bill within ten days or it will become law automatically.
