The 2012 election may be the most important election in the history of the United States.  Are you registered to vote?  If so, congratulations!  If not, you are running out of time to register if you plan to vote.  Here in Alaska we must register to vote at least thirty days prior to an election.  Since the election will be held on November 6, the time to register will soon be over.

The fact that we have the right to vote also means that we also have the right to not vote. We have the freedom to choose whether or not we will vote in this or any election. If we do not care enough to vote for our representatives, we do not have the right to complain about the results of the election or the actions of the elected officials.  How important is the Right to Vote to you?

Family Research Council (FRC) and The Heritage Foundation are partners in an effort to register and educate new conservative voters.  The "Your Money, Your Values, Your Vote 2012 Tour" will continue to roll across the nation through the November 6 elections.  FRC is registering new voters, selecting leaders for voter registration drives, and raising awareness about critical values issues that must be addressed by the next President.  The Heritage Foundation is educating voters on restoring fiscal responsibility through its "Saving the American Dream" plan.  More information on this partnership can be obtained here.
