Truth and Lies

                The liberty principle for this Freedom Friday is the simple fact that we must be able to discern between honesty and lies.  Some people believe that a politician is lying if he is talking.  Do any of us believe that there are honest politicians?  It does not help to have presidential candidates calling each other liars.

                I believe that Donald Trump is a liar; I believe that many Americans are so mesmerized by the lies Trump is telling that they cannot discern the truth of what he is saying.  Trump walked into a caucus area where Glenn Beck was speaking in support of Ted Cruz.  Trump said that there were “thousands of people” in the room but “not too many” people were listening to Beck.  He also claimed that Beck left the room.  Here is a picture that shows the truth of the “thousands of people" in the room and an article that explains what Beck did.  Check it out and see for yourself if Trump is an honest man.
