Who Is Jenna Ellis?

My VIP for this week is Jenna Ellis, the Senior Legal Advisor to the Trump Campaign. I know little about Ellis other than her appearance on Reliable Sources with CNN’s Brian Stelter on Sunday morning. Ellis and Stelter apparently had an agreement about what would be discussed and what would not.

The topic of fake news came up during the discussion, and Stelter complained about it. Then as all good Democrats do, Stelter got personal and told Ellis that she would one day regret using “slurs” in her communications. Ellis showed no fear or embarrassment when she called Stelter out: “Oh, now you’re going for the personal attacks. That’s when you know you’ve lost the debate… C’mon, that’s really low, Brian. You’re not trying to do your job. You’re not a journalist, Brian, you’re an activist.”

Ellis is an intelligent woman, and she knows what a stooge Stelter is. He mouths the Democrat message without even doing any critical thinking about it. Ellis was right to call him out as an activist because he does not present the news and allow people to decide what they think about it – he tells them what to think. He even tried to tell Ellis that she would “regret using slurs” about the media. I do not believe that she will regret it one bit.

I do not know how many brave, intelligent women are working for Trump, but I am impressed with the caliber of the women that I have seen defending the President and his policies. I was enthralled with Sara Huckabee Sanders and the way that she handled White House correspondents, and I was sad to see her move onto something else. However, I believe that the new press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, is every bit as good or better than Sanders. She “takes no prisoners” every single time that she meets with the press, and she leaves them looking like fools. Another strong woman working with Trump is Kellyann Conway who I love to watch debate reporters.

I believe that President Trump should be congratulated on the strong women that he attracts to his administration and to his presidential campaign. They are showing the strengths and capabilities of women much better than any of the women attacking the President.
