Who Are the Students for Life of America?

My VIPs for this week are the members of Students for Life of America, a pro-life group who are planning to “train 230 students and adults” to advocate for life.” They will do so when they hold the group’s third annual National Leadership Collective Kick-off to celebrate the anniversary of the overturning of Roe v. Wade.” The Kick-off event will tie into the National Celebrate Life Day Rally to be held at the Lincoln Memorial steps on June 24 – the anniversary for overturning Roe v. Wade. One hundred and fifty-six of the new trainees will be students. 

The young adults will participate in seminars, advocacy, and activities, which will strengthen their understanding of the pro-life movement. They will also be equipped better to defend life and to lead pro-life organizations. As part of the event, the trainees will attend the National Celebrate Life Day Rally.
