Can anyone desire much more than
happiness, health, and success in their lives and for their loved ones?
Probably not. I want to be happier, healthier, and more successful in my life,
and I assume that you do also.
People often assume that these three
accomplishments are the by-products of great deeds, hard work, and/or gifts.
This apparently is not true as shown in an article titled “50 Ways Happier,Healthier and More Successful People Live on Their Own Terms” by Benjamin P. Hardy. The first ten actions on Hardy’s list are
as follow:
(1) Stop consuming caffeine, (2) Pray or
meditate morning, midday and night,
(3) Read one book per week, (4) Write in
your journal five minutes per day,
(5) Marry your best friend, (6) Make a
bucket list and actively knock items off, (7) Stop consuming refined sugar, (8)
Fast from all food and caloric beverages 24 hours once per week, (9) Fast from
the Internet 24 hours once per week, (10) Stop consuming the news or reading
the newspaper.
