Can Biological Males Be Treated as Women under the Law in the UK?

Families, communities, states, and nations are stronger when individuals understand true principles. One principle that every boy and every girl as well as every man and every woman should know is that there are only two sexes – male and female.

Gender is important to eternal life. It was present in our pre-earth life, during our earth life, and in our eternal life. If we were born female, our very DNA testifies that we are female. The same is true for those who are born male; they have male DNA. A man can never become a woman, and a woman can never become a man. Either one is impossible because of the testimony of the DNA in each body.

The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom delivered this important and truth principle on Wednesday. The court “declared that transgender individuals who are biological males cannot be treated as women under law.” In other words, a biological man can never legally be a woman, and vice versa. George Caldwell explained the ruling in his article published at The Daily Signal.

The case first came to the court when representatives of For Women Scotland, a feminist organization, sought clarification of the definition of “women” in a legal mandate that required 50% female representation on the boards of Scottish public bodies.

The court ruled Wednesday that “the words ‘sex,’ ‘woman’ and ‘man’ … mean (and were always intended to mean) biological sex, biological woman and biological man.”

J.K. Rowling, the author of the famed “Harry Potter” novels, celebrated the decision on X.

“It took three extraordinary, tenacious Scottish women with an army behind them to get this case heard by the Supreme Court and, in winning, they’ve protected the rights of women and girls across the UK. @ForWomenScot, I’m so proud to know you,” she wrote.

Right-of-center politicians in the U.K. also celebrated the decision as the end of an era of wokeness.

“At last, the lunacy is over,” said Reform UK Leader Nigel Farage, who was also one of the chief advocates for Britain’s exit from the European Union. “An outbreak of common sense from our judiciary, and something, I think, that the whole population will agree with,” he added.

Kemi Badenoch, the leader of the U.K.’s Conservative Party, likewise framed the decision as a turning point.

“A victory for all of the women who faced personal abuse or lost their jobs for stating the obvious,” Badenoch called it on X.

“The era of [Prime Minister] Keir Starmer telling us that some women have penises has come to an end. Hallelujah! she added.

Because the Supreme Court in the United Kingdom ruled on a true principle that biological males cannot legally be considered female, there is hope that a similar ruling will be made in the near future in the United States. In the meantime, responsible parents will teach their children that there are only two sexes – male and female – and that it is impossible to switch one’s sex. By doing so, parents can strengthen their family, community, state, and nation.
