Should We Hire Only According to DEI?

 

The topic of discussion for this Constitution Monday is DEI. Democrats say that DEI stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion. On the other hand, Republicans have other names to stand for DEI.

Americans deserve leaders who are the best in their class, Democrats want to select leaders based on their DEI score – Are the diverse? Do they believe in equity or equality? We want the best government leaders that we can get – white, black, American Indian, or other. If a white person is the best person for the job, they should be hired.

I believe that DEI brought Kamala Harris, problems at Boeing, or problems at other companies. Companies should hire the best person possible. This would encourage other candidate to work harder in school.
