Who Will Go to Prison for the Russia Collusion Conspiracy?

Six years ago, presidential candidate Donald Trump claimed that someone was spying on him. Democrats and the lamestream media called it a conspiracy theory and put out an opposing conspiracy claim that Trump was colluding with Russia. Robert Mueller spent several million dollars and nearly three years investigating the Russia collusion claim and found nothing. Democrats continued to push the Trump-Russia collusion claim.

Then-Attorney General Bill Barr appointed John Durham as a Special Counsel to find the underlying cause of the Russia collusion claim. Durham filed a report on February 11 with some results of his investigation. Fox News reported the following.

Lawyers for the Clinton campaign paid a technology company to “infiltrate” servers belonging to Trump Tower, and later the White House, in order to establish an “inference” and “narrative” to bring to government agencies linking Donald Trump to Russia….

Durham filed a motion on Feb. 11 focused on potential conflicts of interest related to the representation of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, who has been charged with making a false statement to federal agent. Sussmann has pleaded not guilty.

The indictment against Sussmann says he told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016, less than two months before the 2016 presidential election, that he was not doing work “for any client” when he requested and held a meeting in which he presented “purported data and ‘white papers’ that allegedly demonstrated a covert communications channel” between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin.

But Durham’s filing on Feb. 11, in a section titled “Factual Background,” reveals that Sussmann “had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including a technology executive (Tech Executive 1) at a U.S.-based internet company (Internet Company 1) and the Clinton campaign.”

Durham’s filing said Sussmann’s “billing records reflect” that he “repeatedly billed the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Russian Bank-1 allegations.”

The filing revealed that Sussmann and the Tech Executive had met and communicated with another law partner, who was serving as General Counsel to the Clinton campaign. Sources told Fox News that lawyer is Marc Elias, who worked at the law firm Perkins Coie.

The Fox News article gives other details about Durham’s report. This is one more time that Trump was telling the truth but was derided by Democrats, Never Trumpers, and the lamestream media. Anyone with knowledge of this crime should be careful because there is historical evidence that people disappear and/or commit “suicide” when the Clinton corruption is threatened with exposure.

Saturday evening, former President Donald Trump reacted to the news of Durham’s report. He said that Durham’s report “provides indisputable evidence that my campaign and presidency were spied on by operatives paid by the Hillary Clinton Campaign in an effort to develop a completely fabricated connection to Russia.” Trump continued:

This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution. In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death.

In addition, reparations should be paid to those in our country who have been damaged by this.

All Americans should be concerned to learn that one presidential candidate spies on their opponent. However, spying on a presidential candidate is minor when it is compared to spying on a sitting President of the United States. I am dubbing Durham’s report as Russiagate because this situation is much more serious than Watergate, when President Richard Nixon was forced to resign or be. The Russia collusion involved not only the Democrat Party, but it also involved the CIA, FBI, and National Security Agency. There are a lot of people who broke the law and knew that they were breaking it. I hope that people will go to jail – and I am not speaking of the peons doing the labor.
